This Error rises because “php_curl” extension is not enabled.

How to enable curl Extension in Wamp:

After selecting php-curl in the PHP extensions. Wamp server will restart Automatically.

Alternate method to enable the curl is, open the php.ini and search for “extension=php_curl.dll”  if  “; is present before “extension=php_curl.dll” just remove it then save the php.ini and restart the wamp server. By removing “;”  any extensions can be enabled.
